The Business Transformation Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) will support complex business transformation projects aimed at improving business processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This role involves applying Lean Six Sigma principles, conducting analyses to identify issues, designing and implementing optimized solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success. Additionally, the specialist will provide coaching on transformation methodologies and explore automation and digitization opportunities using modern technologies.
Job Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
Experience or knowledge of business transformation principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
Strong analytical skills to conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and risk assessment.
Capability to design and implement business optimization solutions.
Skills to monitor and evaluate solution effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Competence in preparing and presenting project reports and updates.
Experience or interest in coaching team members on transformation best practices.
Willingness to explore and apply automation and digitization technologies such as RPAs, workflows, OCR, and AI solutions.
Ability to manage change to improve adoption of solutions.
