The CAM Change Management Lead role involves managing the behavioral change and adoption of CAM systems and processes during acquisitions. The position requires coordinating with multiple teams to ensure integration deployments meet objectives on time and within budget while aligning processes with agency culture and agility.
The CAM Change Management Lead is responsible for ensuring that CAM V&A integration deployments achieve objectives on time and within budget by increasing adoption and usage of CAM systems and processes. This role focuses on managing the people side of behavioral change, aligning Accenture processes with agency agility and culture, and preparing the acquisition to adopt new business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. The lead collaborates closely with CAM deployment teams and other workstream leads across UKI and North America, reporting to the CAM Business Lead.
Strong communication skills to coordinate between acquisition teams and workstream leads.
Ability to manage and deliver end user training programs, including development of training materials.
Experience in change management focusing on behavioral change and adoption of systems and processes.
Capability to synthesize data for systems deployment and coordinate staging and testing environments.
Ability to support business continuity through effective communication and problem-solving post go-live.
Skill in facilitating ongoing training and support sessions for users post go-live.
Experience in coordinating multiple teams and managing complex system and process challenges.
