CAM Change Management Lead – Accenture Malaysia
Role Summary
The CAM Change Management Lead is responsible for ensuring that CAM V&A integration deployments achieve objectives on time and within budget. This role focuses on managing the people side of behavioral change and aligning Accenture processes with agency agility and culture.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with various teams to facilitate the adoption of new business processes, systems, and technologies. You will work closely with CAM deployment teams and other workstream leads across UKI and North America to ensure successful integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the people side of behavioral change to enhance system adoption.
- Coordinate between acquisition teams and workstream leads to ensure alignment.
- Develop and deliver end user training programs, including training materials.
- Synthesize data for systems deployment and coordinate staging and testing environments.
- Support business continuity through effective communication and problem-solving post go-live.
- Facilitate ongoing training and support sessions for users after go-live.
- Coordinate multiple teams to manage complex system and process challenges.
Job Requirements
Strong communication skills.
Experience in change management focusing on behavioral change.
Ability to manage and deliver training programs.
Experience in coordinating multiple teams.
Capability to synthesize data for systems deployment.
