Role Summary
The Partner Success Service (AI) is responsible for enabling clients with technical and product expertise to optimize their business operations. This role involves managing multiple client projects and accounts while ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with clients daily, configuring and implementing workflows, dashboards, and integrations on SaaS platforms like monday.com. You will also conduct gap analyses and present solutions to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable clients with technical and product expertise on SaaS platforms.
- Configure and implement workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
- Manage multiple client projects and accounts concurrently.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify performance gaps.
- Present solutions and training to diverse audiences.
- Prepare documentation and manage client expectations.
- Monitor service progress and ensure deliverables align with agreed scope.
Job Requirements
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Delivery, or Consulting roles (preferably in SaaS or digital transformation).
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms (preferably monday.com or similar).
Proficient in analyzing business workflows and translating them into digital solutions.
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting concepts.
Strong organizational skills for timely onboarding and delivery.
