
The Customer Support (Japanese Speaker) is responsible for providing exceptional service to Japanese customers of a major vacation rental platform. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining high hospitality standards through effective communication.
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone and chat/email, ensuring polite, accurate, and prompt responses. You will work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high-quality support to our Japanese clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree or above.
JLPT N1 or Native level proficiency in Japanese.
Strong communication skills in Japanese.
Availability to work until 5th January 2025 (buyout negotiable).
Previous work experience using Japanese, including part-time jobs.
