This role involves handling customer inquiries for a major vacation rental platform via phone and chat/email, primarily from Japanese customers. The position requires providing polite, accurate, and prompt service to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high hospitability standards. English is used for internal communication, and the work schedule includes two shifts between 0700 and 2000, five days a week from Monday to Sunday.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above.

JLPT N1 or Native level.

Able to communicate smoothly with Japanese.

Able to work until 5th January 2025 (Buyout is negotiable).

Work experience using Japanese (including part-time jobs).
