Job Description
In this role, the intern will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting and device management in a collaborative team environment. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic setting while contributing to the overall efficiency of the IT department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Deploy devices to new employees and collect devices from those who have resigned.
- Maintain IT asset records and perform routine maintenance and updates.
- Assist with software installations and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance technical processes.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
