The intern will be responsible for installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices, deploying devices to new employees, and collecting devices from those who have resigned. This role also includes maintaining IT asset records, performing routine maintenance and updates, assisting with software installations, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
