
The Claims Excellent role is responsible for developing and administering training programs for the Claims Team. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing claims processing services and ensuring operational efficiency through effective training and quality assurance measures.
In this role, you will engage in the daily management of training initiatives and quality assurance checks to support the Claims Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will collaborate with an offshore team to deliver ongoing training and facilitate team-building activities.
Key Responsibilities:
7-12 years of experience in medical claims processing, including inpatient and outpatient claims.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in claims processing.
Experience in Claims Quality Assurance is preferred.
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team player who is willing to learn and can work independently.
