The position involves conducting monthly quality assurance checks to measure training effectiveness, identifying gaps in processes and claim practices, and designing new training materials to support business growth. The role also includes managing an offshore team to ensure operational efficiency and quality, delivering ongoing training, collaborating to meet key performance indicators, and organizing training and team-building activities.
7-12 years of experience in medical claims processing, including inpatient and outpatient claims.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in claims processing.
Experience in Claims Quality Assurance is preferred.
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team player who is willing to learn, can work independently, and handle pressure.
Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented in problem solving.
Strong sense of responsibility with a high level of integrity and trust.
