Cloud Resiliency Architect at Cognizant Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur

The Cloud Resiliency Architect is responsible for enhancing the reliability and recoverability of cloud environments. This role focuses on Microsoft Azure, assessing infrastructure and processes to deliver recommendations that strengthen customer resilience against disruptions.

In this role, you will support customers by improving the reliability, continuity, and recoverability of their cloud environments. You will assess cloud infrastructure and resiliency processes, evaluate disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and provide actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess cloud infrastructure and resiliency processes to identify improvement areas.
• Evaluate disaster recovery and business continuity plans for effectiveness.
• Deliver recommendations to enhance customer resilience against disruptions.
• Design and implement Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs) aligned with operational SLAs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Conduct process maturity assessments to improve incident response coordination.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
