Role Summary
The Cognizant Graduate Program 2025 is responsible for developing fundamental skills relevant to assigned business units. Participants will engage in real projects alongside experienced mentors, fostering niche skills and business-specific tools.
Job Description
In this structured 12-month program, graduates will work in a dynamic, project-based environment, gaining hands-on experience in various business areas such as Quality Engineering & Assurance, Application Development & Management, or Artificial Intelligence & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with mentors on real projects to enhance practical skills.
- Participate in training sessions to develop business-specific tools.
