Job Description
This role involves leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for clients in the Communications & Media industry. The position requires deep industry expertise and knowledge of SAP solutions to manage strategic roadmaps, engage with senior stakeholders, and deliver business value through SAP project leadership and delivery. Collaboration with account teams and global leadership to identify opportunities and enable enterprise-wide transformations is also part of the role.
Job Requirements
Experience in the Communications & Media industry.
Experience in delivering SAP projects.
Experience preferably in a top-tier consulting firm or leading system integrator.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA delivery with strong knowledge of Central Finance and SAP Simple Finance.
Experience with SAP SD/MM or SAP FICO Management Consulting is required.
Minimum experience varies by seniority level: 2+ years for Analyst, 5+ years for Consultant, 10+ years for Manager.
Ability to lead complex SAP S/4HANA engagements including planning, blueprinting, implementation, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
Ability to apply deep functional expertise in SD, MM, BRIM, or FICO to design scalable solutions.
Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and developing blueprint and functional specification documents.
Client-facing leadership experience in at least 3–5 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations is strongly preferred.
Ability to build strategic relationships with account teams and SAP platform leads for business development.
Skills in mentoring and coaching junior consultants and contributing to practice growth and knowledge sharing.
