Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve working closely with account management, client commercial teams, and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in building trusted relationships with clients while ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support contract management activities across multiple projects and accounts.
- Collaborate with contract management and project teams to secure optimal outcomes.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues.
- Assist in pre-award sales activities including contract drafting.
- Engage in discussions with sales and delivery teams regarding contracts.
- Build trusted relationships with client counterparts through client-facing activities.
- Analyze and solve moderately complex problems related to contracts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience managing small teams or work efforts.
Strong communication skills for interaction with various stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of contract management and commercial risk principles.
Ability to work under guidance on new assignments.
