
The Customer Service Intern is responsible for engaging with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Intern, you will interact with customers daily, ensuring their inquiries are addressed and issues are resolved promptly. You will assist in maintaining high service standards and work closely with your team to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related area (Communication, Foreign Languages, etc.)
Fluent in Italian and English
Strong team player with good communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
Good problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
