As a Customer Service representative for Agro Tech Asia Sdn Bhd, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries through various channels including chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone. Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
Proficient in using chat and messaging applications

Good problem-solving skills
