As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage the end-to-end customer order cycle, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism. You will process orders in SAP/AX, coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and maintain accurate customer data. This role specifically supports the Australia region, requiring proactive tracking of shipments, managing documentation like COAs and SDS, and identifying process improvements to enhance service quality.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
Knowledge of import/export shipping procedures.
Proficient in SAP and Odoo systems.
Willingness to work early shifts (5 AM – 3 PM Malaysia time).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to handle documentation and data entry.
