The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer order cycle. This role supports the Australia region, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high service quality through effective communication and coordination.
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism while processing orders in SAP/AX. You will work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
Knowledge of import/export shipping procedures.
Proficient in SAP and Odoo systems.
Willingness to work early shifts (5 AM – 3 PM Malaysia time).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to handle documentation and data entry.
