
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing prompt, professional, and efficient support to users, agents, and partners. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of financial transactions.
In this role, you will engage with customers daily, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with various departments to escalate technical or financial cases as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1–3 years of experience in customer service preferred.
Experience in handling payment or transaction systems is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and trustworthy with financial data.
Bilingual ability (English, Chinese) preferred.
