The HR ADMIN is responsible for managing various human resources functions within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, and overall administrative support to facilitate smooth office operations.

Job Description

The HR ADMIN role is based in Bangsar, with working hours of 10 hours per day and 8 days off per month. The position involves a dynamic work environment where the candidate will engage in various HR activities and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment processes and conduct interviews.
  • Manage onboarding and exit procedures for employees.
  • Oversee attendance management and scheduling.
  • Maintain leave records and track employee performance.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including office supplies and documentation.
  • Prepare reports to support HR functions.
  • Facilitate inter-department communication to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

Previous HR or administrative experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Sheets.

Detail-oriented and responsible.

Ability to work under pressure.

Immediate starters are highly preferred.

Accounting knowledge or experience is an added advantage.
