1 to 3 years of experience in customer service preferred.
Experience in handling payment or transaction systems is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and trustworthy with financial data.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
Bilingual ability in English and Chinese preferred.
Ability to follow company SOPs and data protection policies.
Capable of maintaining confidential customer data and transaction information.
Willingness to participate in internal audits and compliance reviews.
Ability to maintain accurate logs and prepare reports related to customer interactions and transactions.
Able to escalate failed or suspicious transactions to the compliance or finance team.
