
The Internship Customer Service is responsible for providing prompt and professional support to users, agents, and partners. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service quality in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will engage with customers daily, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while handling sensitive financial data with discretion. You will work closely with various departments to escalate technical or financial cases as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service preferred.
Experience in handling payment or transaction systems is an advantage.
Bilingual ability in English and Chinese preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and trustworthy with financial data.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
