
The Customer Success Management Specialist - Korean speaking is responsible for leading and managing customer engagement to achieve revenue and consumption targets. This role plays a crucial part in guiding customer strategy and fostering growth through Microsoft solutions.
In this role, you will engage with customers daily to analyze their usage and provide insights that drive increased consumption of cloud and support services. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop tailored cloud solutions on Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
