The role involves guiding customer strategy and fostering customer affinity with Microsoft programs and solutions to drive impact and future growth. The specialist analyzes customer usage versus needs to drive greater consumption of cloud and support services, leveraging insights to offer recommendations and optimize customer consumption. The position requires applying technical knowledge to create modernization roadmaps, architect solutions aligned with business and IT needs, and orchestrate necessary resources to ensure successful deployment of new projects. Collaboration with other Cloud Solution Architects and stakeholders is key to develop cloud solutions on Azure.
Ability to engage and manage customer relationships effectively.

Knowledge of cloud services, particularly Azure, and technical solution architecture.
