Your role is crucial in ensuring that all customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally, maintaining the expected response times. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of our products and services to provide effective support. Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
Strong communication skills in English and Malay
Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
