The Customer Technical Services Analyst II (Korean Speaking) role is responsible for providing technical support and service to businesses (B2B) and enterprises (B2E) with agreements with Mastercard. The role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction and retention by applying strong knowledge of Mastercard products and ensuring prompt issue resolution and long-term relationships.
Proficiency in Korean is essential to support Korea market.
Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Experience troubleshooting and responding to routine customer inquiries with high-quality resolutions.
Experience assisting with process improvement initiatives in accordance with standard procedures.
Experience delivering technical resolutions in a timely manner.
Ability to provide service support in line with established policies and procedures.
Capability to analyze, support, and troubleshoot customer technical inquiries and provide alternative solutions when needed.
Ability to contribute to testing efforts and incorporate the voice of the customer for improvement.
Skill in implementing process improvements and making recommendations to enhance service delivery and reduce inefficiencies.
Experience managing small-scale projects or initiatives as an individual contributor with specialized knowledge of Mastercard products/services within a specific discipline.
Ability to review customer issue logs, propose resolutions, and escalate issues that require more advanced expertise.
Capability to gain exposure to Mastercard products/services within a particular discipline or product line.
May provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Must abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices.
Must ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed.
Must report any suspected information security violation or breach.
Must complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
