Role Summary
The Developer - SBE Build Sr GIPS is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving automation and ensuring efficient and scalable deployments within the organization.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve the design and management of IaC solutions using various tools. You will collaborate with teams to enhance automation and configuration management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Chef, and Ansible.
- Drive automation and configuration management to streamline infrastructure provisioning.
- Ensure security, compliance, and high availability of infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on IaC implementation.
Job Requirements
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Chef, and Ansible.
Strong knowledge of automation, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning.
Ability to ensure security, compliance, and high availability of infrastructure.
Experience collaborating with teams in a DevOps environment.
Technical guidance and mentorship skills.
