Job Description
The Developer - Service Delivery QA - Cards is responsible for development, maintenance, and production support of Mainframe-based Cardlink applications within the Payments Card domain. This role involves working closely with QA, operations, and business teams to ensure system reliability, compliance, and performance in the Cards Service Delivery QA team.
Job Requirements
Experience of 3-5 years in a developer role.
Knowledge of Mainframe technologies including Cobol, CICS, Easytrieve, and JCL.
Ability to work with VSAM and sequential datasets.
Experience collaborating with QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Skills in production support including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Familiarity with code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing.
Capability to document technical specifications, change requests, and production incidents.
Understanding of security, compliance, and operational standards.
Ability to work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
