Role Summary
The Developer - Service Delivery QA - Cards is responsible for the development, maintenance, and production support of Mainframe-based Cardlink applications within the Payments Card domain. This role involves collaboration with QA, operations, and business teams to ensure system reliability, compliance, and performance in the Cards Service Delivery QA team.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day development activities, ensuring the smooth operation of Cardlink applications. You will work in a dynamic environment, closely interacting with various teams to uphold high standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Mainframe-based Cardlink applications.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Provide production support including issue analysis and troubleshooting.
- Conduct code reviews and unit testing.
- Document technical specifications and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
- Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Job Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a developer role.
Knowledge of Mainframe technologies including Cobol, CICS, Easytrieve, and JCL.
Experience with VSAM and sequential datasets.
Familiarity with production support processes.
Understanding of security and compliance standards.
