Job Description
In this role, you will analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content to ensure compliance with safety standards. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires resilience and adaptability to changing policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review user-generated content for compliance with client guidelines.
- Investigate and escalate content issues as necessary.
- Resolve complex content issues within the Trust and Safety team.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding content concerns.
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance performance.
- Engage in discussions around socially sensitive topics to promote online safety.
- Advocate for the user community and represent their interests effectively.
