The role involves providing timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop computers, laptops, and other peripheral devices, deploying devices to new joiners, collecting returned devices from resigned staff, performing routine maintenance and system updates, assisting employees with software installations and support, maintaining accurate records of IT assets and service requests, educating users on best practices, collaborating with the ICT team to resolve complex issues, ensuring compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols, and responding professionally to user requests with clear communication and guidance.

Basic knowledge of technical support and hardware/software troubleshooting.
