The Digital Marketing Internship is responsible for providing technical support to end-users and ensuring smooth operation of IT assets. This role involves collaborating with the ICT team to resolve issues and educate users on best practices in a dynamic work environment.

In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, assisting employees with hardware and software issues while maintaining IT asset records. You will work closely with the ICT team to ensure compliance with data security protocols and provide clear communication to users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers and laptops.
• Deploy devices to new joiners and collect returned devices from resigned staff.
• Perform routine maintenance and system updates.
• Assist employees with software installations and support.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and service requests.
• Educate users on best practices for IT usage.
• Collaborate with the ICT team to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols.
