The Associate in Global Employer Services is responsible for preparing tax returns for employers and individuals to ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and personal income tax laws. This role involves close collaboration with clients and the engagement team to deliver timely and accurate tax services.

The day-to-day work involves preparing tax returns, drafting correspondence, and liaising with clients and the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board. The Associate will also handle various administrative tasks related to engagement management and stay updated on tax law changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tax returns for employers and individuals.
• Draft correspondence to collect necessary information.
• Liaise with clients and the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board under guidance.
• Conduct research on employment tax matters.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws.
• Conduct entry/exit tax briefings for expatriates when needed.
• Collaborate closely with the engagement team to deliver tasks timely.
