As an E-commerce Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries through various channels including chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses. You will need to manage multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Additionally, you will assist customers in navigating our e-commerce platform, helping them with their orders and resolving any issues that may arise. Your ability to communicate effectively will enhance the overall customer experience.
Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
Strong communication skills in English and Malay
Proficiency in using chat and messaging applications
Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
Customer service experience is an advantage
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
Problem-solving skills
Team player with a positive attitude
