
The Engineer III, Customer Service is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations by addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a professional manner.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, working closely with end-users to resolve their issues efficiently. You will be part of a collaborative environment, interacting with the ICT team to tackle complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Relevant certifications in IT support or networking.
Experience in technical support roles, preferably in a customer service environment.
Familiarity with ISMS policies and data security protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
