Ability to design, develop, and maintain business workflow solutions using IBM Case Manager and Filenet.
Knowledge or experience in customizing IBM Content Navigator components and Dojo widgets.
Capability to implement backend services in Java to support workflow logic and system integration.
Skills to support system testing, deployment, and issue resolution in open system environments.
Ability to collaborate with business analysts and testers to understand requirements and deliver enhancements and bug fixes.
Commitment to ensure compliance with enterprise development standards and maintain adequate documentation.
