Job Description
In this position, you will engage in the development and maintenance of business workflow solutions using IBM Case Manager and Filenet, while integrating with Oracle databases. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of backend services and workflow logic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business workflow solutions using IBM Case Manager and Filenet.
- Integrate backend services with Oracle databases to support workflow logic.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
- Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for efficient database performance.
- Support system testing, deployment, and issue resolution in open system environments.
- Customize IBM Content Navigator components and Dojo widgets as needed.
- Implement backend services in Java to facilitate system integration.
