Role Summary
The Exec II, Business Solution and Services Operations is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal device performance and security compliance within the organization.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users. You will also be involved in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and peripheral devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for end-users onsite.
- Address hardware, software, and connectivity issues effectively.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers and laptops.
- Deploy devices to new joiners and collect devices from resigned staff.
- Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches.
- Assist employees with software installations and application support.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation.
- Educate users on best practices for device usage.
- Collaborate with ICT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols.
