Role Summary

The Exec II, Business Solution and Services Operations is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal device performance and security compliance within the organization.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users. You will also be involved in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and peripheral devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for end-users onsite.
  • Address hardware, software, and connectivity issues effectively.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers and laptops.
  • Deploy devices to new joiners and collect devices from resigned staff.
  • Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches.
  • Assist employees with software installations and application support.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation.
  • Educate users on best practices for device usage.
  • Collaborate with ICT team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols.

Job Requirements

Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware and software.
