Job Description
The Exec II, Business Solution and Services Operations provides timely and effective technical support for end-users onsite, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The role includes installation, configuration, and upgrading of desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices, as well as deploying devices to new joiners and collecting devices from resigned staff. Routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches are performed to ensure optimal device performance and security compliance. The position also involves assisting employees with software installations and application support, maintaining accurate IT asset records, educating users on best practices, collaborating with ICT team members to resolve complex issues, and ensuring compliance with ISMS policies and data security protocols.
