
The Exec II, Business Solution and Services Operations is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support for end-users. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal device performance and security compliance within the organization.
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users. You will also be involved in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and peripheral devices.
Key Responsibilities:
