At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or higher
Minimum 2 years of experience in account management
Experience dealing with corporate clients (SME, MNC, GLC)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to present and analyze reports

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
