
The Executive Corporate Finance is responsible for supporting MISC Berhad’s fundraising exercises and finance-related corporate initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating with various departments.
In this position, the candidate will engage in day-to-day financial activities, including loan administration and evaluating financing proposals. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to financial covenants.
Key Responsibilities: - Support fundraising exercises and loan administration. - Evaluate financing proposals and prepare Request for Proposal documents. - Assist in corporate exercises and liaise with various departments for financial information. - Manage the loan portfolio, ensuring timely calculations and compliance with regulations. - Prepare reports for submission to relevant parties. - Collaborate with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to financial covenants. - Ensure effective communication and negotiation with stakeholders.
At least 7 – 10 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Treasury/Accounting.
Degree in Accounting/Finance or related professional qualifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
