The Internship - Recruitment is responsible for supporting the recruitment team throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. This role offers practical experience and exposure to key functions within talent acquisition and HR operations, allowing interns to implement effective strategies in recruitment and candidate engagement.

Interns will assist the recruitment team in various tasks, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews in a dynamic work environment. This position provides valuable insights into recruitment strategies and processes while fostering professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings internally and externally on job boards and platforms.
• Source and screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
• Assist in onboarding preparation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
