To support the recruitment team across the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes assisting with sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and handling recruitment-related administrative tasks. The role provides practical experience and exposure to key functions within talent acquisition and HR Operations, with opportunities to implement effective strategies in recruitment and candidate engagement. Interns will learn and be exposed to recruitment strategy and processes, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview coordination.
Assist in posting job internally and externally on job boards and platforms - Source and screen resumes based on job requirements - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases - Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps - Assist in onboarding preparation - Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions - Support employer branding initiatives.
