
The Manager Process Safety at MISC will drive the implementation of Process Safety strategies across various operations, ensuring adherence to safety practices and frameworks. This role focuses on incident investigations, audits, and monitoring safety KPIs, making it ideal for professionals with strong technical expertise in risk management and operational safety.
The Manager Process Safety will execute Process Safety strategies and frameworks across the Group, ensuring effective implementation plans. This role involves providing technical expertise and ensuring consistent application of Process Safety practices across offshore, marine, and engineering operations. The manager will lead incident investigations, conduct audits, and monitor Process Safety KPIs to strengthen risk management and operational safety. Additionally, they will develop training programs and enhance Process Safety systems and controls.
8–12 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Energy industry
Minimum 5 years in Process Safety with knowledge in process and/or maritime engineering
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
Strong understanding of Process Safety standards and methodologies
Experience in conducting incident investigations and audits
Ability to analyze and report on Process Safety KPIs
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficient in developing training programs
