Support the People Pillar Manager in delivering human capital transformation initiatives within the HR Transformation Program. Responsible for managing day-to-day execution, stakeholder coordination, and tracking of initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with Transformation Management Office (TMO) governance. Duties include project planning, data collection for KPIs, coordinating training logistics, and assisting in communication materials to drive culture transformation.
3-5 years HR leadership experience, including transformation and organizational development roles - Proven track record in leading large-scale HR or organizational change projects - Experience in leadership development and culture transformation - Familiarity with agile methodology preferred - Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar tools - Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred) - Professional HR certification preferred
