Role Summary
The People Pillar Executive - Human Resource is responsible for supporting the People Pillar Manager in delivering human capital transformation initiatives. This role involves managing day-to-day execution and ensuring alignment with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) governance.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in various activities to facilitate HR transformation, including project planning and stakeholder coordination. You will also track initiatives to ensure timely delivery and assist in communication materials to drive culture transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the People Pillar Manager in executing human capital transformation initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day execution of HR transformation projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with TMO governance.
- Plan and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Collect and analyze data for KPIs related to HR initiatives.
- Organize training logistics to support culture transformation efforts.
- Assist in developing communication materials to promote HR initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
3-5 years of HR leadership experience, including transformation and organizational development roles.
Proven track record in leading large-scale HR or organizational change projects.
Professional HR certification preferred.
Familiarity with agile methodology preferred.
