The Technical Manager for Occupational Health will provide leadership oversight and operational management for Group-wide Occupational Health programmes. This includes ensuring effective implementation, compliance, and operational delivery across MISC Group operations. The role involves managing complex technical escalations, overseeing compliance audits, and providing critical performance analytics regarding the Group’s health risk profile. The manager will also lead the development of policies and procedures, coordinate health risk assessments, and oversee medical administration processes.
Minimum 10–12 years of relevant working experience in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, HSE, or operational environments
Medical degree (MBBS / MD) with valid registration and Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
Degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Health Sciences, or a related discipline is an added advantage
Professional registration or certification with a relevant Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or HSE professional body is an added advantage
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with local and international regulations
