
The Technical Manager for Occupational Health is responsible for providing leadership oversight and operational management for Group-wide Occupational Health programmes. This role significantly impacts the health risk profile of MISC Group operations through effective implementation and compliance management.
In this role, the Technical Manager will oversee the daily operations of Occupational Health programmes, ensuring compliance and effective delivery across the organization. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various teams to manage health risk assessments and medical administration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 10–12 years of relevant working experience in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, HSE, or operational environments.
Medical degree (MBBS / MD) with valid registration and Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Health Sciences, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Professional registration or certification with a relevant Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or HSE professional body is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
