Job Description
As an Executive Data Analyst at Ninja Mart, you will engage in developing and optimizing SQL queries, creating impactful dashboards, and maintaining data integrity in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with the Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to support their data needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
- Create impactful dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights.
- Translate complex business questions into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity and enforce metric consistency across reports.
- Partner with data engineering to align on schema changes and data governance.
- Conduct data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering.
2 to 4 years of professional experience in BI, analytics, or reporting roles.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, CTEs, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with BI tools like Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and validation concepts.
Excellent communication skills to translate data for non-technical stakeholders.
