Role Summary

The Executive - Facilities Management Operations is responsible for implementing operation and maintenance of Electrical Systems and project works to ensure high-quality performance and customer orientation. This role plays a crucial part in supporting departmental objectives while adhering to ISO 9001:2008 standards.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day management of facilities operations, focusing on electrical systems and project activities. You will work closely with a team to ensure that all operations meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality Electrical O&M services.
  • Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.
  • Liaise with clients to address their needs and concerns.
  • Lead and manage the O&M and project team effectively.
  • Oversee asset management and budget control.
  • Ensure maintenance service availability according to Service Level Agreements.
  • Monitor performance and maintain documentation of O&M activities.

Job Requirements

Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering Discipline.

Master degree would be an added advantage.

Degree in any Engineering with CGPA of 3.0 or above.

5 years of experience in Facilities Management.

Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Good interpersonal skills to communicate with various clients.

Open for Malaysian citizens only.
