Job Description
The Executive - Facilities Management Operations role involves implementing operation and maintenance of Electrical Systems and project works to ensure high-quality performance and customer orientation. The role includes planning and monitoring operation, maintenance, and project activities, technical requirements, budget management, resources, and goals to support departmental objectives following ISO 9001:2008 standards. Key responsibilities include delivering quality Electrical O&M services, ensuring safety and housekeeping standards, liaising with clients, leading and managing the O&M and project team, asset management, budget and cost control, ensuring maintenance service availability according to Service Level Agreements, monitoring performance, and maintaining documentation of O&M activities.
Job Requirements
Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering Discipline.
Master degree would be an added advantage.
Degree in any Engineering with CGPA of 3.0 or above.
5 years of experience in Facilities Management.
Hands-on skills in facilities maintenance.
Ability to trouble-shoot and restore electrical and mechanical problems.
Complete tasks in a timely and fast manner.
Respond to complaints within 10 minutes.
Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, share, and take instructions.
Good interpersonal skills to communicate with various clients.
Able to work under minimum supervision.
Willing to work on shifts.
Computer literate.
Working knowledge of Electrical Safety Regulation and Electrical Supply Act 1990.
