This role focuses on driving sales growth in Fulfilment by engaging with clients to understand their requirements and collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions. The position involves managing sales activities, handling negotiations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
The role involves driving topline growth based on internal and external leads aligned with the Fulfilment sales target. The person will engage with clients to understand their fulfilment requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide solutions. They will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Project, and other teams to close sales funnels. Responsibilities include planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs targeted at both existing and new Ninja Van customers, handling complex commercial negotiations, and independently preparing and reviewing customer presentations. They will coordinate contract negotiations between clients and the legal team, provide sales activity updates for management, handle inquiries and related tasks, and gather market insights to penetrate new business opportunities in Fulfilment.
At least a degree/diploma in any field.
At least 1-2 years of extensive experience in sales, business development and marketing.
Strategic, innovative, and creative personality with a strong business acumen.
A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate task.
Sales/ Business development or account management experience in eCommerce Logistics market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms).
Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
