Executive, Fulfilment (Business Development) at Ninja Van - Selangor

The Executive, Fulfilment (Business Development) is responsible for driving topline growth based on internal and external leads aligned with the Fulfilment sales target. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their fulfilment requirements and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to provide effective solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to close sales funnels while managing a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Your day-to-day activities will include planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet the needs of both existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive topline growth by engaging with clients and understanding their fulfilment needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Project teams to provide tailored solutions.
• Plan and implement sales, marketing, and product development programs.
• Handle complex commercial negotiations with clients.
• Prepare and review customer presentations independently.
• Coordinate contract negotiations between clients and the legal team.
• Provide sales activity updates for management and handle inquiries.
• Gather market insights to identify new business opportunities in Fulfilment.
