The role involves managing the execution and coordination of the Foundation's programs, ensuring they align with strategic objectives in the maritime sector. Responsibilities include maintaining transparent financial practices, enhancing visibility, and facilitating monitoring and evaluation of initiatives. The candidate will engage with stakeholders, manage operational efficiency, and coordinate fundraising initiatives to attract donors while preparing reports to assess program impact.
Minimum 6 years of related working experience in fund management or stakeholder engagement - Experience in a non-profit organization or CSR team is an advantage - Good understanding of the Malaysian education landscape - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management or relevant field - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to manage budgets and financial records - Experience in the maritime industry or education sector is a plus
