Job Description
As a Recovery Executive, you will manage daily warehouse operations to ensure all assigned tasks and delivery issues are addressed according to SOPs. You will handle PETs within agreed SLAs, maintain 5S workplace standards, and ensure high data accuracy in recovery systems. The role requires collaborating with stakeholders and assisting management with ad hoc projects and analysis to optimize recovery processes.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce logistics.
Strong process-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Hands-on approach suitable for a warehouse-based work environment.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong analytical and communication skills with a quick learning ability.
