The Executive, Recovery (Warehouse) is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations to ensure all assigned tasks and delivery issues are addressed according to standard operating procedures. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and assisting management with projects to optimize recovery processes.
Job Description
As a Recovery Executive, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs and maintaining high standards of data accuracy. You will also be responsible for handling PETs within agreed service level agreements while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.
- Address delivery issues promptly according to SOPs.
- Maintain 5S workplace standards for organization and cleanliness.
- Ensure high data accuracy in recovery systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize recovery processes.
- Assist management with ad hoc projects and analysis.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to recovery.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce logistics.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong process-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
