The F&B Service Expert role focuses on creating a memorable and unique dining experience for guests beyond just serving food and drinks. This position involves taking initiative in delivering a wide range of services such as setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies. The role requires adherence to company policies, quality standards, and maintaining a professional personal appearance and communication style. Physical demands include standing, sitting, walking, moving over uneven or slippery surfaces, and occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 50 pounds with assistance.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
Less than 1 year of related work experience is acceptable.
No supervisory experience is required.
Ability to work on feet and move around for extended periods.
Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Professional communication skills and adherence to company policies and standards.
