This role involves inspecting staff grooming and attire, completing opening and closing duties, monitoring dining room conditions, managing inventory, assisting management with staff-related functions, and adhering to company safety and security policies. The role also requires welcoming guests according to company standards, maintaining positive working relationships, and supporting organizational efficiency and quality standards.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to complete physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, moving objects up to 50 pounds, and performing manual tasks requiring fine motor skills.
Strong communication skills using clear and professional language.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Capability to monitor and inspect tools, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance needs.
Ability to follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report any unsafe work conditions.
