The Finance Executive (Accounts Payables) is responsible for managing the complete accounts payable functions. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring financial accuracy and timely supplier payments within a dynamic work environment.
Job Description
In this position, you will handle daily accounts payable tasks, ensuring that all supplier payments are processed efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with various teams to maintain financial integrity and compliance with purchasing policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Update monthly schedules promptly.
- Reconcile accounts payable sub ledgers to the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements regularly.
- Assist with supplier creation in SAP S4Hana.
- Maintain compliance with group purchasing policies.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree or Diploma qualification in Accounting.
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
Knowledge of accounts payable processes.
Proficient in data entry and management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Prior experience using SAP S4HANA is an advantage.
