Job Description
This listing includes three distinct roles open to Mandarin speakers: After Sales Engineer, Financial Manager, and Purchasing Manager. The After Sales Engineer is responsible for coordinating business activities across Southeast Asia and India, providing after-sales equipment support, preparing delivery documentation, and building local automation support systems. The Financial Manager leads tax declaration and planning, manages daily accounting, financial reporting, budget control, fund management, asset supervision, and acts as a financial liaison between the Indian factory and Malaysian headquarters. The Purchasing Manager handles monthly supplier reconciliation, inventory and payment request follow-ups, invoice management, OKR execution, intelligent performance evaluations, and other duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
Need to have 1 - 3 years of experience as After Sales Engineer.
Should be able to speak in English and Mandarin for the After Sales Engineer role.
Need to have 1 - 3 years of experience as Financial Manager.
Should be able to speak in English and Mandarin for the Financial Manager role.
Strong communication and expression skills, with an outgoing personality for the Purchasing Manager role.
Need to have 1 - 3 years of experience as Purchasing Manager.
Proficient in operating office software for the Purchasing Manager role.
Skilled in operating information platforms for the Purchasing Manager role.
Sensitive to data and capable of conducting data statistics and analysis for the Purchasing Manager role.
Actively and responsibly engaged in work for the Purchasing Manager role.
Should be able to speak in English and Mandarin for the Purchasing Manager role.
