Job Description

In this dynamic work environment, you will engage in various financial and procurement activities, collaborating with teams to support business operations. Each role offers unique challenges and opportunities for professional growth in a multicultural setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate business activities across Southeast Asia and India as an After Sales Engineer.
  • Provide after-sales equipment support and prepare delivery documentation.
  • Lead tax declaration and planning as a Financial Manager.
  • Manage daily accounting, financial reporting, and budget control.
  • Handle monthly supplier reconciliation and inventory management as a Purchasing Manager.
  • Execute OKR and conduct intelligent performance evaluations.
  • Follow up on payment requests and manage invoices.
  • Conduct data statistics and analysis for procurement processes.
  • Engage actively and responsibly in all assigned duties.

Job Requirements

1 - 3 years of experience as an After Sales Engineer.

1 - 3 years of experience as a Financial Manager.

1 - 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager.

Proficient in English and Mandarin for all roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for the Purchasing Manager role.

Proficient in operating office software and information platforms for the Purchasing Manager role.

Sensitive to data and capable of conducting data analysis.
