Job Description

The Administrative & Operations Coordinator will engage in daily operations, including recruitment and contract management, while also handling translation tasks. The position operates from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, and includes a probation period of 2 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage driver recruitment processes.
  • Oversee vehicle procurement activities.
  • Maintain customer relationships effectively.
  • Arrange orders and logistics for operations.
  • Handle contract management and documentation.
  • Conduct daily translation work as needed.
  • Support comprehensive operational affairs.

Job Requirements

Malaysian nationality is required.

University Degree or above is mandatory.

More than 3 years of work experience is needed.

Candidates with factory work experience are preferred.

Proficiency in Chinese, Malay, and English is essential.
