Job Description
In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of live streaming, including planning marketing activities and managing live rooms. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the success of live stream events and enhance content quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute live stream operations, ensuring smooth processes.
- Plan and coordinate marketing activities for live stream events.
- Select products for live broadcasts to maximize engagement.
- Control the live stream process and manage live rooms effectively.
- Formulate live stream content plans and organize hot topics.
- Supervise real-time operations based on traffic and fan feedback.
- Track and analyze live stream data to provide optimization recommendations.
- Build and manage the live stream host team, refining business processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in E-commerce, Social Media Marketing, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 1-3 years of practical experience in e-commerce live streaming.
Proficiency in Excel formulas; familiarity with Power Query is preferred.
Strong data sensitivity and operational improvement skills.
English proficiency for work communication.
