Job Description
This role involves multiple positions within the Civil Project Management Team located in George Town or Ipoh. The positions include Civil / Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager responsible for project planning, coordination, safety and quality assurance; Project Safety Officer overseeing onsite safety and compliance; and Project Document Control Manager managing project documentation processes.
Job Requirements
Experience in construction projects, preferably in industrial workshops such as semiconductor, data center, food, or pharmaceutical sectors.
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering/Design or related field.
Proficiency in English as the working language.
Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
For Project Manager: Minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in medium to large construction firms.
Knowledge of construction laws and regulations for project management roles.
For Project Safety Officer: Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles with strong observation and enforcement skills.
For Project Document Control Manager: Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles with familiarity in document control systems and attention to detail.
