
The Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the restaurant run smoothly, particularly in the absence of the Assistant Manager or Manager. This role involves effective communication and leadership to maintain high standards of customer service and food handling.
As a Floor Manager, you will oversee the daily activities within the restaurant, ensuring that all staff adhere to established standards and procedures. You will monitor staff performance and provide necessary training and support to enhance service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum SPM/Diploma in any related field.
Experience in restaurant management is an advantage.
