
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant on a daily basis. This role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and maintaining excellent customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be tasked with ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. In the absence of the Assistant Manager or Manager, you will ensure that all staff understand and adhere to the established standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum SPM/Diploma in any related field
Experience in restaurant management is an advantage
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Leadership skills to direct the team
Knowledge of safety and hygiene procedures
