Role Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant on a daily basis. This role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and maintaining excellent customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be tasked with ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. In the absence of the Assistant Manager or Manager, you will ensure that all staff understand and adhere to the established standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Manage inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve any arising issues.
  • Train and guide team members in their roles.
  • Monitor and enforce safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Address customer feedback to enhance their experience.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM/Diploma in any related field

Experience in restaurant management is an advantage

Good communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Leadership skills to direct the team

Knowledge of safety and hygiene procedures

Skills in inventory management

Problem-solving abilities
