Role Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency within the hospitality environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will manage daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with regulations. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service services.
  • Manage guest and employee satisfaction to maintain high service standards.
  • Develop and implement business plans for food and beverage services.
  • Lead and supervise the food and beverage team to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant food and beverage laws and regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets for kitchen and restaurant operations.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to team members to enhance performance.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED with four years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional areas; or a two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with two years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to lead and manage food and beverage departments and employees.

Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Knowledge of brand service culture.
