
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency within the hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with four years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional areas; or a two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with two years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead and manage food and beverage departments and employees.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Knowledge of brand service culture.
